Richard Mather

Richard was born in September 1839 in Salford.¹

Richard's father was Henry Mather and his mother was Mary Howarth. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Robert, Henry, William, George, Sarah and Betsy. He was the sixth oldest of the eight children.

General Notes
- In 1841, Richard was aged 2 and with his parents. He then vapourised !
  
  In 1861, Richard did NOT marry Jane Preston is Salford. That was Richard son of Thomas Mather, a stone mason and Rebecca.
