Kitty Mather

Kitty was born in 1802 in Edgworth. Kitty's father was James Mather and her mother was Mary Barber. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Betty Thornley. She had three brothers and a sister, named John, Thomas, Thomas and Kitty. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 15 in May 1817 in Edgworth. She was buried on May 11th, 1817 at St. Anne (Turton).¹
