Katharine Mather

Katharine was born in June 1765 in Little Hulton and her baptism took place on June 9th, 1765 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Katharine's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Betty Flitcroft. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Betty, Alice and Mary. She was the oldest of the six children.

- 14 June 1796, Catharine married James Boardman, a Soldier at Bolton St Peter. This may be Catherine b.1773, daughter of Ralph and Elizabeth (TBC).
