James Mather

James was born in 1875 in Over Darwen.¹

James' father was Jonathan Mather and his mother was Mary Leaver. His paternal grandparents were James Mather and Martha Kay. He had two brothers and a sister, named John, Amos and Mary. He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William and Jane. He died at the age of 91 in 1966.
