Frances Mather

Frances was born in 1836 in Little Hulton and her baptism took place on March 13th, 1836 at St. Mary (Ellenbrook).¹

Frances' father was Ellis Mather and her mother was Elizabeth Cook. Her paternal grandparents were Ellis Mather and Ann Thornley. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Ellis, Charles, Thomas, Ann and Ellen. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 71 in 1907.
