Elizabeth Mather 
Elizabeth was born in 1874 in Manchester.1 Elizabeth's father was William Mather and her mother was Betsy Kay. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Margaret Tyldsley. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Edward, William, James, Sarah, Alice, Ann and Hannah. She was the second youngest of the eight children.-
