Alice Mather

Alice was born in 1745 in Deane and her christening took place on November 10th, 1745 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Alice's father was Ralph Mather and her mother was Anna Garnet.  Her maternal grandparents were Isaac Garnet and Mrs Isaac Garnet. She had two brothers and five sisters, named John, William, Martha, Mary, Elizabeth, Hannah and Dinah.  She was the oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 1 in February 1746 in Deane.  She was buried on February 25th, 1746 at St. Mary (Deane).¹
