Birth Notes

Sarah's father was Thomas Lewis and her mother was Susannah (Hannah) Dean. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Lewis and Elizabeth Williams. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Thomas, James, Mary and Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the six children.
