Ralph Isherwood

Ralph was born in June 1832 in Edgworth and his baptism took place on June 3rd, 1832 at St. Anne (Turton).¹

Ralph's father was Ralph Isherwood and his mother was Jane (Jenny) Isherwood.  His paternal grandparents were Henry Isherwood and Jane Holt; his maternal grandparents were William Isherwood and Margaret (Peggy) Haslam. He had three brothers and a sister, named Henry, Thomas, James and Mary.  He was the youngest of the five children.  He died at the age of 22 in June 1854 in Little Bolton.  He was buried on June 16th, 1854 at St. Anne (Turton).¹
