John Isherwood

John was born in 1909. John's father was Townley Isherwood and his mother was Mary Whelan. His paternal grandparents were James Isherwood and Nancy Farnworth. He had two brothers and a sister, named Wilfred, Thomas and Eileen. He was the youngest of the four children.
