Sarah Hopley

Sarah was born in 1795 in Malpas and her baptism took place there on December 24th, 1795.¹

Sarah's father was John Hopley and her mother was Margaret Reeves. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Hopley and Mary Maddock. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Charles, Joseph, James, Robert, William, Mary and Anne. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 3 on November 6th, 1798 in Malpas. Her burial was on November 6th, 1798 in Malpas.²³

General Notes
- In 1871 (member tom_roberts6) has Sarah Hopley (b.ca 1796) marrying James Vernon (1796-1838) at St. Mary Chester, and has a 6 cM DNA match to me. It must be another Sarah as this one died.
