Annie was born on November 12th, 1883 in Westhoughton.¹

Birth Notes

Annie's father was Joseph Hilton and her mother was Alice Mather. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Mather and Jane (Ann) Smith. She had five brothers and a sister, named Jeffrey, Joseph, Reuben, Joseph, Herbert and Jane. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 83 in June 1967 in Washington.²
