Mary Ann Hamer

Mary was born in 1852 in Turton.¹

Birth Notes

Mary's father was John Hamer and her mother was Maria Mather. Her paternal grandparents were James Hamer and Elena Haslam; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Mather and Margaret Dawson. She had four brothers and five sisters, named James, Eli, William, John, Selina, Martha, Mary, Sarah and Eliza. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 1 in 1853 in Manchester.
