Mary Greenhalgh

Mary was born in January 1851 in Westhoughton and her baptism took place on February 9th, 1851 at St. Mary (Deane).¹²

Mary's father was Thomas Greenhalgh and her mother was Mary Grundy. She had two brothers and five sisters, named James, William, Catherine, Margaret, Alice, Catherine and Rebecca. She was the sixth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 81 in 1932 in Bolton.³
