Nathan Gledhill

Nathan was born on September 21st, 1793 in Berry Brow and his baptism took place on November 6th, 1793 in Highfield (Independent).¹

Nathan's father was Matthew Gledhill and his mother was Susannah (Susy) Dawson. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James(?), Benjamin, Matthew, Joshua, John, Luke, Esther and Nancy. He was the sixth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 57 in 1850 in Huddersfield.²
