Howard Lee Foster

Howard was born in 1902 in Hampden. Howard's father was Charles E Foster and his mother was Ida May Mather. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Cowley Mather and Elizabeth Cooper. He had four sisters named Bessie, Emma, Edna and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the five children. He died in 1902 in Hampden.
