John Eddowes

John was born in 1835 in Liverpool.¹ John's father was Thomas Stanton Eddowes and his mother was Mary Ann Horseman. His paternal grandparents were John Eddowes and Mary Brown. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Stanton, Richard, Henry, Arthur, Frances and Amelia. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 70 in December 1905 in Monmouthshire.²
