Amelia Jane Eddowes

Amelia was born in 1845 in Bebington and her baptism took place on January 22nd, 1946 in Tranmere.^1 2

Amelia's father was Thomas Stanton Eddowes and her mother was Mary Ann Horseman.  Her paternal grandparents were John Eddowes and Mary Brown. She had five brothers and a sister, named John, Stanton, Richard, Henry, Arthur and Frances.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 77 on March 26th, 1922 in Birkenhead.³
