Peter was born in 1848 in Farnworth.¹

Birth Notes

Peter's father was Thomas Dawson and his mother was Martha Millington. His maternal grandparents were John Millington and Harriet Whitworth. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, Amos, Moses, Albert, Amelia and Charlotte. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died after 1900 in Rhode Island (RI).
