Meredith was born on July 2nd, 1858 in Denbighshire.¹

Birth Notes

Meredith's father was Joseph Davies and his mother was Jane Williams. His paternal grandparents were John Davies and Ann Whitfield. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Thomas, Robert, Benjamin, Ann and Polly. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 76 in January 1935 in Wrexham.
