Annie Burgess

Annie was born in 1862 in Bolton.¹ Annie's father was Joseph Burgess and her mother was Alice Nightingale. Her maternal grandparents were William Nightingale and Peggy (Margaret) Riding. She had three brothers and a sister, named Eliza, John, Joseph and Maggie. She was the second oldest of the five children.
