Benjamin Buckley

Benjamin was born in 1832 in Oldham.¹

Benjamin's father was Abner Buckley and his mother was Sarah Needham.  His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Buckley and Elin (Nelly) Bottomley. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Josiah, John, Sarah and Betty.  He was the third oldest of the five children.

‌Benjamin and Eliza were married in a civil ceremony in June 1859 in Oldham.²
