Henry Brook

Henry was born in March 1891 in Southport.¹

- Father died no later than June 1890, so must be born Feb/Mar and registered late, or no the son of Francis.

Henry's father was Francis Brook and his mother was Ellen Tasker. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Brook and Betty Jepson. He had a brother and three sisters, named Henry, Ann, Martha and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the five children.

General Notes
- Henry was born about March 1891, son of Francis and Ellen (MMN = TASKER on birth record). He was not with his mother for the 1 April 1891 census.
  
  After his father Francis died in 1890 (before he was born), is seem likely he was cared for by his uncle John Wm Brook, but where was he in 1891 as born before the census?
  
  In 1901, Henry Brook (aged 10, nephew) was with his uncle John William Brook at Newsome, Almondbury.
  
  After 1901, Henry vapourised again !
