12 Jan 1826, George Brereton married Mary Keen at Wybunbury. In Sep 1826, William Henry was baptised at Wybunbury. After that, from 1828 to 1832, Emma, John and Mary were baptised at Christ Church, Alsager, Cheshire,
In 1841 George Brereton was a Blacksmith with wife Mary (both 40) at Rode Heath Smithy with Henry (14), Emma (12), John (10), Mary (8), Elizabeth(4), George (2) and another George Brereton possible nephew (12).
In 1851 George was a Blacksmith with Mary (both 50) at Rode Heath Smithy with their 5 children.
In 1861 George and Mary (both 60) were still at Odd Rode. William H was still with them, but the others had left home.
In 1881, George (81, Wid) was with son William Henry (50)
5 Jan 1882, George Brereton, Blacksmith of Odd Rode Smithy died.
