Hannah's father was Thomas Billington and her mother was Mary Brereton.  Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and Mary Buckley. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Samuel, James, William, Thomas, Jane, Ann, Mary, Martha, Elizabeth and Hannah.  She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 11 in March 1841 in Hatherton.  She was buried on March 6th, 1841 in Wybunbury.¹
