George Batho

George was born in 1815 in Malpas and his christening took place there on July 11th, 1815.¹²

George's father was George Batho and his mother was Martha Cartwright. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named John, Henry, Charles, Mary, Elizabeth, Anne, Sarah, Eliza, Martha and Jane. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 67 on January 9th, 1882 in Birkenhead.³
