William Barlow

William was born in 1829. William's father was Thomas Barlow and his mother was Betty (Elizabeth) Mather. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Ann Entwistle. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Robert, James, John, Maria, Jane and Ann. He was the oldest of the eight children.
