William Sligh

William was born on March 29th, 1774.  William's father was David Sligh and his mother was Bettie Broun. He had six brothers and four sisters, named James, Patrick, David, John, Hall, Hall, Mary, Elizabeth , Elizabeth and Janet.  He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 77 in 1851 in Oakland County, Michigan, USA.
