Elizabeth Cookson

Elizabeth was born on May 3rd, 1678 in Hadley, Shropshire and her baptism.  Elizabeth's father was William Cookson and her mother was Elizabeth Whitfield.  Her paternal grandparents were John Cookson and Jane Pekah; her maternal grandparents were John Whitfield and Margaret Unknown. She had five brothers and five sisters, named William, John, John, Henry, William, Margaret, Mary, Jane, Sarah and Ann.  She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.
