Alexander Barrowman 
Alexander was born on September 21st, 1823 in Newton, Midlothian, Scotland. Alexander's father was James Barrowman and his mother was Jean Mucklejohn. His paternal grandparents were James Barrowman and Elizabeth Vallance. He had a brother and three sisters, named James, Jean, Janet and Marion. He was the youngest of the five children.-
