Janet Gray

Janet was born on May 26th, 1640 in Melville, Lasswade, Midlothian, Scotland and her baptism took place there on May 16th, 1640.  Janet's father was Abraham (Abraham Gray The Elder) Gray and her mother was Elspet Huntar.  Her paternal grandparents were Alexander or William Gray and Unknown. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named William, Alexander, Alexander, Abraham Gray The Younger, Robert, James, David, James, James, Margaret and Eupham.  She was the oldest of the twelve children.
