William Ellis Boynton

William was born in 1867 in Armley, Leeds, Yorkshire.¹ William's father was William Ellis Boynton and his mother was Martha Hargraves. His paternal grandparents were Henry Boynton and Mary Ann Cowgill; his maternal grandparents were William Hargraves and Susannah Coates. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Walter, Arthur, William, Jesse, May, Sarah and Ada. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 1 on December 12th, 1868 in Armley, Leeds, Yorkshire. He was buried at St Bartholomew, Armley, Leeds, Yorkshire.²²
