Frances was born in 1836 in Chacombe, Northants and her baptism took place on February 7th, 1836 in Chacombe, Northamptonshire.1   Frances' father was Thomas CHINNER and her mother was Elizabeth WATTS. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Charles, Henry, Clement, James, Elizabeth, Hannah and Charlotte.  She was the oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 60 in 1896 in Bakewell, Derbyshire.  She was buried on October 24th, 1896 in St.Giles Churchyard, Matlock, Derbyshire.1 2
