Charlotte was born in 1852 in Chacombe, Northants and her baptism took place on June 27th, 1864 in Chacombe, Northamptonshire.¹   Charlotte's father was Thomas CHINNER and her mother was Elizabeth WATTS. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Charles, Henry, Clement, James, Frances, Elizabeth and Hannah.  She was the youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 68 in 1920 in West Derby, Lancashire.²
