Harriet Whitling 
Harriet was born in 1882 in Hauxwell, York, England and her christening took place there on June 4th, 1882.1 Harriet's father was Samuel Whitling and her mother was Elizabeth Graham. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Manfield and Rebecca Whitling; her maternal grandparents were Humphrey Graham and Ann Langsthorne. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Henry, John, Samuel, Robert, Richard, Rebecca and Mary. She was the third oldest of the eight children.-
