Helen Petrie

Helen was born on March 29th, 1778 in Brighty, Murroes, Angus, Scotland.  Helen's father was Henry Petrie and her mother was Margaret Elder. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Alexander, James, Henry, Joseph, Isobel, Elspeth, Mary, Christian and Agnes.  She was the third youngest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 88 in 1866 in Murroes, Angus, Scotland.¹
