Sarah Narcissa was born on October 4th, 1866 in Nashville, Davidson Co, Tennessee, USA. Sarah Narcissa's father was William Jackson Lowe and her mother was Martha E Benton. Her paternal grandparents were William Jacob Lowe and Sarah L Akin. She had three brothers and six sisters, named John Henry, Samuel Robert, James Lee, Ida Cornelia, Willie D, Tigilia Grace, Jessie Lela, Catherine A and Frankie Benton. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 87 on April 23rd, 1954 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co, California, USA.-
