Amey Norman (Milly) 
Amey was born in 1738 in Virginia.1 Amey's father was Courtney C. Norman and her mother was Mary Frances Browning. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Norman and Frances C. Courtney; her maternal grandparents were Francis Browning and Elizabeth Carter Lloyd. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Courtney, John, Reuben, Benjamin, Ezekiel, William, Polly, Milly and Elizabeth. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She died in Rockingham County, North Carolina.1 General Notes
