Her paternal grandparents were William Jacob Lowe and Sarah L Akin. She had three brothers and six sisters, named John Henry, Samuel Robert, James Lee, Sarah Narcissa, Ida Cornelia, Willie D, Tigilia Grace, Jessie Lela and Catherine A. She was the youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 34 on May 20th, 1920 in La Mesa, Dawson Co, Texas, USA.-
