She had six brothers and eight sisters, named Honor Johnson, Constine Emilous, Shular Gray, James Robert, Buford Bennett, Cecil Herman, Hester, Posie Jackson, Josie Beulah, Dorthea, Rosie Lee, Mollie Mae, Kathleen and Loula Hazel. She died at the age of 96 on April 23rd, 2001 in Walnut Cove, Stokes Co, NC.General Notes
