Cecil Herman Grogan 
Cecil Herman was born on August 31st, 1915 in Rockingham Co, NC. Cecil Herman's father was Emilous Jackson Grogan and his mother was Elizabeth Virginia Smith. His paternal grandparents were Constant T. Grogan and Frances Elizabeth Price. He had five brothers and nine sisters, named Honor Johnson, Constine Emilous, Shular Gray, James Robert, Buford Bennett, Hester, Posie Jackson, Josie Beulah, Dorthea, Nora Elizabeth, Rosie Lee, Mollie Mae, Kathleen and Loula Hazel. He died at the age of 71 on November 26th, 1986.General Notes
