Thomas Irwin was born on November 14th, 1892 in Indiana, United States. Thomas Irwin's father was Garrett Van Foster and his mother was Mary Mate Miller. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Martin Foster and Cynthia Ann Jolly. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Alfa S, Ralph Miller, Frank Leland, Minerva Opal, Ruby Mae and Maud Reland. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 89 on February 23rd, 1982 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana, United States.-
