Frank Leland Foster 
Frank Leland was born on December 1st, 1899 in Coal Creek, Montgomery, Indiana, United States. Frank Leland's father was Garrett Van Foster and his mother was Mary Mate Miller. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Martin Foster and Cynthia Ann Jolly. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Alfa S, Thomas Irwin, Ralph Miller, Minerva Opal, Ruby Mae and Maud Reland. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 86 on August 16th, 1986 in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas, United States.-
