Carrie Idella Brown 
Carrie Idella was born on December 17th, 1901 in Blair, Jackson Co, Oklahoma, USA and her baptism took place in June 1915 in Taylor Community Church, Carter, Oklahoma. Carrie Idella's father was Major Emmett Brown and her mother was Sarah Emiline (Emma) Akin. Her maternal grandparents were Collin McKinney Akin and Lucinda Frances Pinkerton. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Pleasant Emmet, Charles McKinney, Collin Edwin, Ernest, Robert Jackson, Sarah Gertrude, Winnie Virginia, Mildred Dimmie, Lucinda Allie and Divie. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 53 on June 1st, 1955 in San Leondro, Alameda Co, California.-
