Roy Lester Adair 
Roy Lester was born in 1922 in Doyle, White Co, TN. Roy Lester's father was James Pleasant Adair and his mother was Crinner Simmons. His paternal grandparents were Pleasant E. Adair and Nancy Jane Simmons. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Russell Pleasant, James Pleasant, Billy, Charles Herbert, Vina Lee, Maude Lela, Leffie Mae, Ethel Katherine, Mattie Lee and Mary Ella. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Louis William, Lillie Mae, Maggie Katherine, Beulah and Nola Ellis. He died at the age of 1 on March 3rd, 1923 in Doyle, White Co, TN.General Notes
