Nancy Jane Simmons 
Nancy Jane was born in 1833 in White Co, TN. Nancy Jane's father was James Simmons Jr. and her mother was Margaret Plumlee. Her paternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Shelby H., Isaac, Parison, James M., Margaret, Elizabeth, Stacy, Arminda and Sarah. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 67 in 1900 in White Co, TN.General Notes
