James Simmons Jr. 
James was born in 1804 in SC and his baptism took place in Census 1840. James' father was James Simmons and his mother was Stacy Ann Roberts. His maternal grandparents were John Roberts and Wife Unknown. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Joseph N., William, Drury, Francis, Zachariah Thomas, Spencer D., Nancy 'Fannie' J., Rachel, Sarah, Elizabeth and Eustacia. He died at the age of 65 in 1869 in Carroll Co, AR.General Notes
