Zachariah Thomas Simmons 
Zachariah Thomas was born in 1813 in SC. Zachariah Thomas' father was James Simmons and his mother was Stacy Ann Roberts. His maternal grandparents were John Roberts and Wife Unknown. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Joseph N., James, William, Drury, Francis, Spencer D., Nancy 'Fannie' J., Rachel, Sarah, Elizabeth and Eustacia. He died at the age of 52 in 1865 in Van Buren Co, TN. He was buried in Simmons Cemetery, White Co, TN.General Notes
