Ida May Minerva Welty

Ida May Minerva was born on March 22nd, 1872.¹   Ida May Minerva's father was John C Welty and her mother was Lydia H Sharp. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Alexander Houston, Ason, Martin DeShazo, George Washington, William Albert, Sarah Caroline (Sallie) and Mary Hester Belzora.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Lafayette, Elbert, John, Joseph S, Casper, Elizabeth, Margaret and Suzannah.  She died at the age of 42 on November 3rd, 1914.¹
