Milan Sherman 
Milan was born on October 17th, 1858 in Butler, Wayne County, New York. Milan's father was Levi Orrin Sherman and his mother was Ann Eliza Palmer. His paternal grandparents were John Serman and Cynthia Cornell; his maternal grandparents were William Henry Palmer and Mary Hughson. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William P., James Munwarren, Daniel Levi, Benjamin, Mary Elizabeth, Cynthia and Nancy. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 75 on February 9th, 1934 in Savannah, New York. He was buried in Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, New York.-
